Following on from the inaugural 2008 event, the Government Opportunities (GO) Scottish Excellence in Public Procurement Awards 2009 provide both public and private sector organisations in the ever-changing procurement marketplace with an opportunity to be recognised for excellence in their particular fields of expertise.
