The Scottish Procurement Directorate (SPD) is the Scottish Government's procurement organisation
It is responsible for developing and advising on procurement policy for the public sector in Scotland, as well as ensuring that procurement processes within the Scottish Government are effective and efficient. SPD is made up of five divisions: Policy and Development; Construction Advice and Policy; Procurement Scotland; Central Government Centre of Procurement Expertise; and eProcurement Scotl@nd.
